The results clients get online are arguably superior to physical PT. The reason being you have me as a coach 24/7 across the week. After the consultation process - I learn about you as a person from work life, family, hobbies and the weekly schedule you have. 

I design the programme with the intention of everything fitting into your work/life schedule. 

No to mention the nutrition, training, lifestyle, sleep and stress management advice you will get weekly or even daily. The goal is to set you up for long term success past your time working with us, habits you carry for the rest of your life.

TRAINING: You will receive a completely tailored training programme (gym or home ) based on your fitness goals. For all clients I use a downloadable app for all training/workouts which includes video demonstrations for all exercises and a complete structure to how to train.

NUTRITION: You will receive a completely tailored meal plan including all your own favourite foods. Within this meal plan I will advise on meal timing based on your work/life schedule.

You will receive the Pyper Fitness recipe book (30+ recipes) for more ideas.

You will receive the Pyper fitness nutrition manual (educational)

With weekly check ins tracking progress and 24/7 support via whatsapp, you will have the tools you need to achieve your goals

Google Sheets is used for weekly check ins, Nutrional meal plans, supplementation protocols and more

Trainerize training app is used for the training programme and workouts 

Whatsapp is used for our communication throughout

Yes, the service is fully online. With the power of technology everything is done virtually, I will provide a clear breakdown on how to use google sheets/ training app when starting.

If you feel you need the change at this time in your life, absolutely. If you are ready to become the best version of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, this is for you.

Other coaches will force you to do things a certain way, however my approach is to customise the programme & empower you based on:

  1. Nutrition wise by including your favourite foods and giving you as many options as possible in this area - so you easily hit your calorie/macronutrient targets.
  2. Training wise to give you the right exercises to ensure you don’t waste time. I provide technique analysis on any exercises which are either new to you or proving challenging to progress in.

 

I genuinely care about all of our clients and the journey they go on, you will get that feeling from the moment I send you the programme before starting

First off, to see results you will need the following 3 things:

  1. Consistency 
  2. Hard work
  3. Time

If the main goal is fat loss, results will be quick and you will notice changes every single week

If the main goal is muscle building, by nature this is a slower process and takes more time. But you will notice changes every single month in your physique

 

The first programme is always 12 weeks in length to see the best possible result from either area.

There is no specific diet to follow. Instead, we work together on creating an eating environment whereby you can eat your favourite food and still smash your fitness goals.

The results will always lie in the Nutritional side of things

The meal plan you receive at the beginning is educational and supportive, here you will learn how to optimise eating towards a goal. 

however long term we will work together and teach you how to think and learn for yourself.

I will design the training based on what’s realistic and achievable around your work/life schedule. 

For best results, I recommend anywhere between 3 - 5 workouts per week.

There are two payment options available to new clients when starting a coaching block.

  1. Upfront Payment 
  2. Monthly Payments
